Praisly vs TrueReview
TrueReview is the budget option and it is honest about being one. If price is the only axis, it wins. The question is what you give up at that price once review volume grows.

From $49
TrueReview publishes an entry price from around $49 a month. That is genuinely less than our $59 Starter, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Current tool
Annual auto-renewing contract. Cancelling requires written notice 90 days before renewal. Pricing is not published, it is quoted on a sales call.

The left-hand figure is the number you typed in, not an estimate of what any vendor charges. Birdeye does not publish pricing, and the Podium and NiceJob figures we can source are entry prices rather than per-location rates, so this calculator never multiplies a competitor price across locations. Praisly prices are the live plan table: month to month, cancel anytime, no notice window.
Our honest take
Pick TrueReview if the budget is the constraint and you mostly need requests going out. It is ten dollars a month cheaper than our Starter and that is a real difference for a single location. Pick Praisly if you want the responses drafted for you and a dispute process that is more than a link to Google's form. If cost is the deciding factor, TrueReview is the better answer and we would rather say so than argue with your budget.
