Privacy Policy
Effective: 2026-05-19 · Praisly, Inc.
Praisly is a reputation-management platform. This policy explains what data we collect when you use praisly.io, how we use it, and what choices you have. Plain language first; the contract clauses follow.
What we collect
- Account info: your name, email, and password hash.
- Business profile: business name, addresses, industry, platform integrations, and review data we read on your behalf from connected platforms.
- Customer data you upload (names, emails, phones) — used solely to send your review requests. Not sold. Not used for cross-customer ML training.
- Usage telemetry: actions in the app, never the content of your responses or reviews for ML training without explicit opt-in.
How we use it
- To run the product you signed up for.
- To send transactional emails (password resets, alerts, reports you scheduled).
- To bill you (via Stripe — we never store your card).
Subprocessors
Supabase (database, auth, storage), Anthropic (AI inference for response generation and analysis), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (billing), Twilio + Deepgram + ElevenLabs (voice callbacks only when you enable that feature). Each is bound by a DPA on file.
Your choices
- Export everything we hold on you any time.
- Delete your account and we delete all data within 30 days.
- Email [email protected] for GDPR / CCPA / CPRA requests.
Plain language wins. If you find something in the legal section that contradicts the plain language above, the plain language governs.
