By using Praisly you agree to these terms. We’ll keep them in plain language.

What we do

Praisly helps you track reviews, respond with AI, and request more reviews from real customers. We never fabricate reviews. We never help suppress legitimate negatives. We comply with the FTC Consumer Review Rule (16 CFR §465) — see /legal/ftc-compliance.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Praisly to ask for fake reviews. Account closure, immediately.
• Don’t condition incentives on positive sentiment. Same offer to every reviewer.
• Don’t use Praisly to harass reviewers. Voice callbacks require consent SMS — period.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from /settings/billing — your plan remains active until the end of the period. Refunds within 14 days of first charge if you’re unhappy, no questions asked.

Our liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. Praisly is provided “as is” with no implied warranties beyond what’s in this document.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we’ll email you 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
