What Praisly will NEVER do
Generate fake reviews or AI-authored reviews
Our AI generates RESPONSES on behalf of businesses (clearly the business's voice). It never authors a review and never posts as a customer.
Condition incentives on positive sentiment
If a business offers a discount for leaving a review, the same offer goes to every reviewer regardless of star rating. Praisly's feedback gating routes by sentiment, but it never rewards by sentiment.
Suppress legitimate negative reviews
Our feedback gating tells negative reviewers explicitly that they can still post publicly. We never block, hide, or discourage public posting of a real negative experience.
Misrepresent who authored a review
AI responses are clearly business-authored. We never invent fake reviewer profiles.

PerfectMoment™ timing engine
Predicts WHEN to ask each customer for a review — not WHO to ask. Every customer in an audience is still contacted. Optimizing the moment is no different from sending all your emails Tuesday morning instead of Sunday at 3am.
Feedback gating with full disclosure
Every survey starts with the same question. 4–5 star responses see "Glad to hear it! Would you share that on Google?" with a public-review CTA. 1–3 star responses see "Sorry to hear that — tell us what went wrong" with a private feedback form. Both paths are explicitly labeled, and the negative path includes "you can also post publicly if you prefer."
AI response generator
Generates business-side responses, clearly authored by the business. The AI never writes a customer review. Banned phrases that sound corporate are blocked at the prompt level and again at the editor level.
Voice AI resolution callbacks
Triggered only after a CONSENT SMS exchange. The reviewer must reply YES to opt in. Calls are recorded with disclosure. The agent never offers incentives conditioned on review updates — it asks if they'd update the review after a resolution, with no pressure.
Dispute submissions
AI scores eligibility before you submit. The score is a deliberate filter — Praisly will warn you off frivolous disputes. We never help suppress legitimate negative reviews.
Audit-ready
Every survey, dispute submission, voice consent, and AI generation is logged with timestamps and full provenance. Enterprise plans get a tamper-evident audit log retained for 7 years.
